Can you bleach undyed cotton?
I have organic cotton bedding from West Elm that is undyed (and a slightly off-white color). Today, color transferred to it from wet red fabric. Can I use bleach on it w/out lightening the cotton unevenly? Will it help?

Yes, you can bleach it, and yes, it may help. You might try a good dose of laundry detergent and some non-chlorine bleach as a first resort; you can rewash in chlorine bleach if it doesn’t work.
If at all possible, do not allow the fabric to dry before trying to get the red out — drying tends to set many stains.
