How to clear a room of boric acid- smell and dust?
I bought a mattress under the impression it was completely organic and cotton, but it was in fact soaked in boric acid as a flame retardant. As a result, after a week of a burning, searing headache, skin irritation, sore throat and nasal passage and extreme lethargy and other poisoning effects of boric acid, I got rid of the bed. Problem is, the room still has boric acid in it, I’m guessing it’s in dust form because even though I’ve left the windows open and put a fan on for the last 2 days, I still get a headache and my throat burns after being in the room for even 20 seconds (increased sensitivity). I need to know how to clear the room of boric acid so I can go into my bedroom again.
